Visiting Nurse Association (VNA)

Description:
The Visiting Nurse Association offers two programs specifically designed for people living with HIV/AIDS. The Ryan White Grant funded Home Care Program provides support in the home. Registered Nurses, Physical and Occupational Therapy, Social Work and CNA/Homemaker services are offered through this ongoing program. Call 303-698-6337 for more information. The HOPE Program funded by HOPWA is a day program for homeless people living with HIV/AIDS. Services provided include basic health assessment, medication monitoring, education and resource referral. Laundry and shower facilities are avaliable on-site. The HOPE Program is open from 8AM-4PM Monday-Friday. Call 303-832-3354 for more information.
