Service Description:
Boulder County AIDS Project (BCAP) serves people living with HIV in Boulder, Broomfield, Clear Creek and Gilpin Counties. All care services are free, confidential and offered within a non-judgmental environment. Care services include case management, access to medical care, financial assistance, food bank, assistance with public benefit applications, insurance assistance and pro bono professional support services.
Eligibility:
While making a request for care services you will be notified of paperwork needed to verify eligibility. In general, we serve people living with HIV of all ages, who live in Boulder, Broomfield, Clear Creek and Gilpin Counties.
Referral / Admissions:
If you seek case management services, your first step is to contact us at 303-444-6121. A staff person will complete a Request for Care Services with you right away. They will ask you some basic questions and get information on how to best reach you. They will also ask you how you want us to identify ourselves when we call you back to schedule an intake appointment (e.g., Can we say BCAP? Should we just mention our first name?). By guiding us this way your confidentiality can be guaranteed.
