Service Description:
BCAP has an insurance specialist on site to assist people living with HIV in selecting and purchasing private insurance--whether employer-based or purchased from the insurance exchange of Colorado.

Eligibility:
People residing in Boulder, Broomfield, Clear Creek or Gilpin County who are living with HIV and have, or need to select, private insurance.

Referral / Admissions:
If you seek case management services, your first step is to contact us at 303-444-6121. A staff person will complete a Request for Care Services with you right away. They will ask you some basic questions and get information on how to best reach you. They will also ask you how you want us to identify ourselves when we call you back to schedule an intake appointment (e.g., Can we say BCAP? Should we just mention our first name?). By guiding us this way your confidentiality can be guaranteed.
