Service Description:
WestCAP provides harm reduction services to people who inject drugs. This includes participant ID cards that exempt the holder from Colorado paraphernalia laws. We provide new syringes, injections supplies, biohazard disposal, access to HIV and Hepatitis C rapid testing, and safer sex supplies. Also linkage to other services providers, including substance abuse recovery programs.
