Colorado Health Network (CHN) is a statewide organization in Colorado, serving nearly 5,257 individuals living with HIV/AIDS, and those at risk, as well as other program specific populations. CHN provides innovative, individualized services to those most in need, educates high risk populations, and advocates for social and health care equity. Colorado Health Network Medical Clinic is now serving clients seeking treatment for PrEP, NPEP (non-occupational post-exposure prophylaxis), HIV/AIDS, and Hepatitis C care. This expansion of services will complement our array of existing services, ranging from case management and supportive services to oral health care, mental health care and substance use counseling, all available beneath one roof and often during the same visit.
